Registered Texas Longhorns
Although located in the heart of dairy country, Texas Longhorns were the breed of choice for the cattle operation here at Oldenburg Farm. The uniqueness, beauty, temperament, and hardiness of the Texas Longhorn are second to none. Our herd consists of around 40 broodcows and a few select bulls. Our goal is to breed for all the best aspects of the Texas Longhorn; horn, body size and conformation, docile temperament, and flashy color. We strive to improve with every generation, and keep the traditional traits of the Texas Longhorn going strong.
